Our hair’s shape, thickness, and color depend mainly on genetics, melatonin, carotene, and hair follicles.

Straight: It´s hair without shape or curves. Its direction is straight, smooth, and without volume.

 

Wavy: It can be born straight from the root, forming a soft wave from the middle to the ends.

 

This is a versatile hair type because you can significantly enhance the waves and define them.

 

Curly: This is usually coiled hair with a lot of elastic. It´s versatile because it can be totally or partially straightened to achieve a wavy look.

Fine: its strands are delicate since they tend to break easily when receiving heat from dryers or irons.

 

It´s comfortable to handle, and you can shape it with skill.

 

Standard: It´s a hybrid between thick and fine hair and has more resistance to heat and breakage.

 

Thick: it´s a relatively solid and resistant type of hair. However, it isn’t easy to comb or shape due to its high firmness.

Regular: Its oil production is balanced, obtaining solid and shiny hair.

 

Dry: It doesn´t have average oil production. Its appearance is usually like a dry branch.

 

Oily: It´s the opposite of the previous one. There´s a high sebum production, giving a shiny appearance and little cleanliness.

 

Mixed: This hair type is usually distributed between oily roots and dry ends.
